There is an annual funderizer for Vidya that supports the education of disadvantaged children. Presented by the Rotary Club of Bangalore, this year marks the 18th edition of the initiative and cuisted by Amita Shenoy, the founder of the Shenoy Art Foundation in Bangalore.
The exhibition will include the functions of 41 artists from all over India, and more than 100 works of art will be displayed including paintings, sculptures, graphics and more.
According to curator Amita Shenoy, the idea behind the show was to bring artists and community together. “Artists contribute to creating tasks echoing with the subject, and the audience buys it completely knowing that income leads to a charitable cause, and at the same time, they get a chance to enjoy great art. This is a win for everyone, “Amita says, who has cured the show for tomorrow, even twice in the past.

Amita says that she focuses the show around the idea of stability within the fleeting. “Although miracles in nature appear short -term, as they are all cyclicals. They are permanent in a way. For example, you enjoy the beauty of a sunrise, knowing that it is temporary. However, the sun will rise the next day. It is a cycle of development in nature which also applies to our spiritual existence. There is a relationship with nature and humans, and each artist has revealed his view of this idea in his own unique fashion. ,
This notion of renewal, restoration and rejuvenation, stopped creativity of many artists.
Mumbai -based artist Sujta Achrekar, who is participating in the show for the first time, says that once she heard about it, she was eager to make it. “For this show, I have tried to capture a self-conscious situation where anyone is unaffected in any situation. People receive that frame of the mind in different ways – philosophy, meditation or religion – and that spiritual journey is what I try to occupy my work, ”says Sujata.
“This is why a person can find aligning for miniatures and motifs such as chakras and Brahmi flowers in my work,” the artists say, whose favorite medium is acrylic on canvas, and sometimes, gold foil.
Another first-time of the show is Raghav KK from Bengaluru who says the subject resonates deeply with him. “What we know about nature is that it is mysterious and unknowingly, calm and familiar at the same time. This was my response to the curated prompt from Amita for this show, ”Raghav says.

“Each one has used their own medium, style and expression to explain this concept and shows how it speaks them. Visitors will see more than 100 different expressions of this notion, ”says Amita.
