Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had praised ‘The Sabarmati Report’ and called it an important film on the 2002 Godhra train coach burning incident.
He commented that it was good to see “the truth” coming out.
The Prime Minister was responding to a post by a user on X (formerly Twitter) who had praised the film and tagged him with a video of the film’s trailer. The film was released on Friday.
“Rightly said. It’s good that the truth is coming out, and that too in a way that common people can see. A fake story can only last for a limited period. After all, the facts will always come out!” PM Modi wrote on X.
Well said. It is good that this truth is coming out and that too in a way that common people can see it.
A false narrative can only be sustained for a limited period of time. After all, the facts will always come out! https://t.co/8XXo5hQe2y-Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) 17 November 2024
