Mumbai: Everyone is crazy about Bollywood veteran actor Salman Khan’s acting. He made his entry in Bollywood with the film ‘Biv Ho To Esi’ in 1988. However, he had a cameo role in this film. But the film ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’ which followed this film made him a big star overnight. However, very few people know that before entering into acting, Salman used to wander from house to house with the dream of becoming a director. Not only this, he has also got a role in the film after a lot of hard work.

Salman Khan recently spoke about his dream of becoming a director. She said that I started modeling at the age of 15. Along with this I was also working as an assistant to two directors while completing my studies. When I was 16, I showed a script to various people, but they said I was too young to be a director and suggested I try acting.

The actor added that this cycle continued till I turned 18. Although the film budget was not that big in those days, directing a film was a big responsibility and required a lot of money. People did not believe in me that I could become a director.

So I thought of becoming an actor because then at least I can meet people who can give me work. I got mixed reactions to this decision – some said I was too young or too old for certain roles. But I was determined to make it a success, then I got an opportunity to act in “Bwi Ho Toh Esi”.

Salman Khan is soon going to start shooting for his upcoming film ‘Sikandar’. This film will be released on the occasion of Eid in the year 2025. Ever since the announcement of Salman Khan’s film, fans have been eagerly waiting for it. Apart from this, the script of the sequel of the actor’s film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is also said to be ready.
