Diddy required attendees of his parties to sign a nondisclosure agreement, preventing them from sharing details with anyone.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ eccentric attendees weren’t allowed to share insider details of the parties with anyone else. The disgraced mogul made sure the attendees followed it by making them sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). TMZ obtained a standard NDA belonging to Diddy, which he used to get people who attended his freak-offs to sign. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits his hearing scheduled for May 5, 2025.

Diddy’s strange NDA instructions for signers

The freak-off documents were reportedly a standard NDA meant to ensure that signers were legally bound from sharing any information with the outside world. According to the media outlet, signers were not allowed to share details related to Diddy with anyone, including their family members, current or former partners, spouses, friends, business partners or coworkers.

The NDA prevented the signatories from clicking or sharing photographs and/or capturing and recording video or from doing so to any other person unless they received written consent from Diddy. The document also details the specific names of social media sites where signers could not post photos without Diddy’s signature.

Additionally, attendees may not give interviews, write books, or disseminate information or details in any other form about Didi or her parties without her written consent.

Validation period of NDA

Given that the NDAs were standard, the gist of it was that no information about the owner of Bad Boy Records or his freaks was allowed to be shared with the world without their prior approval. NDAs are valid till 20 years after the last breath of the artist or till 70 years, whichever is longer. While the length of this paperwork varies from agreement to agreement, as reported by TMZ, Diddy’s NDAs are longer.
