Spaghetti Western actor turned film producer and executive Mark Damon has passed away in Los Angeles, US. He was 91 years old.
Damon began his career at 20th Century Studios in the 1950s. She was awarded a Golden Globe as a “Star of Tomorrow” for her performance in Roger Corman’s house of usher (1960). Coincidentally, Corman passed away last week.
Damon later went to Italy to shoot a Spaghetti Western. According to, returning to America DiversityDamon founded the Producers Sales Organization to help “bring American independent films to international distributors” and launch the American Film Market and the Independent Film and Television Alliance.
Damon was the executive producer of over 70 films and produced films in 2003 DemonWhich won Charlize Theron an Oscar.
