
Mumbai: Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya’s lawyer Padma Shaatkar has issued an official statement by former actress Tanushree Dutta on the sexual harassment case and said that “the court has not taken cognizance of the case as it was stopped by the limits Act due to the delay in the limit.”
The statement, which went with the headline: “Finally served actor Nana Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, Sami Siddiqui (producer) and Rakesh Sarang (director)”, said Tanushree was targeting the lawyer’s customers.

“The official of the Oshowada police station conducted a thorough investigation and the Honorable Andheri Magistrate Court filed a ‘B summary report’ and the court did not take cognizance of the case as it was stopped by the Border Act due to delay in registration of FIR.”
The lawyer mentioned that “the complainant failed to make an application to condemn the delay, they also failed to maintain their case and the court rejected their case.”
“There was not enough evidence to prove their dispute even when more than 100 people were present on the set during Prima Feshi shooting. My customers failed to understand the reason for coming with these false allegations. ,
