Taylor Swift unveils new setlist for Erasure Tour in Paris, adds TTPD tracks

After a two-month break, Taylor Swift resumes her Erasure Tour at Paris’ La Defense arena on Thursday. As the tour resumed following the release of her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, Swift made significant changes to the 3-hour-long setlist. Paramore have now joined Swift as the opening act for the European leg of the tour, following Sabrina Carpenter during the Sydney and Singapore shows.

Lover

The 34-year-old pop icon started the show with Lover’s set, which included songs – Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince, Cruel Summer, The Man, You Need to Calm Down and Lover. Previously, this set also included The Archers, which now appears to have been removed from the setlist.

fearless

Lover was followed by Fearless, which generally consisted of the same setlist consisting of the songs Fearless, You Belong With Me and Love Story.

Red

In a surprising turn of events, Swift took the next set in the Red era, whereas at the previous show it was the fifth set. It included the songs – 22, We’re Never Ever Getting Back Together, I Knew You Were Trouble, and All’s Too Well (10 minute version).

Speak now

Speak Now was another surprise change in the set order and included one song – Enchanted. Swift omitted fan favorite Long Live from the set.

Prestige

After a dreamy performance of Enchanted, the Reputation era began with songs – Ready for It?, Delicate, Don’t Blame Me, and Look What You Made Me Do.

Lochmore

Fans got another surprise when a new set, Folkmore, made its debut. It is a mashup of Swift’s two collaborative albums – Folklore and Evermore. Songs included in this section were Cardigan, Betty, Champagne Problems, August, Illicit Affairs, My Tears Ricochet, Marjorie and Willow.

Swift removed four songs from the Evermore and Folklore setlist. The songs that failed to make it to the segment were ‘Tis the Demon Season, Tolerate It, The 1st, and The Last Great American Dynasty.

1989

Swift began her 1989 setlist with Style, followed by Blank Space, Shake It Off, Wildest Dreams and Bad Blood. No cuts were made in this set.

Tortured Poets Department

The brand new set includes tracks from Swift’s recently released album TTPD. The tracks he performed during the show were But Daddy I Love Him, So High School, Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me, Down Bad, Fortnite, The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived, and I Can Do It with a Broken Heart.

secret set

Swift then performed a secret set, which included TTPD’s song Lomal and a bonus song, Paris, from her Midnights album.

Midnight

For the final segment, Swift performed a Midnight’s set, which included the songs Lavender Haze, Anti-Hero, Midnight Rain, Vigilante S**t, Bejeweled, Mastermind and Karma.
