Actress Tessa Thompson, best known for her roles in ‘Ten Thousand Dollars’, Cult And Thor franchise, will be starring and executive producing an upcoming psychological thriller series titled His his.
Adapted from Alice Feeney’s novel of the same name, the series is based on a murder investigation in small-town Georgia. The story is narrated from the perspective of two characters: journalist Anna Andrews and detective Jack Harper.
“In the sweltering Atlanta summer, Anna (Thompson) lives in a frightening isolation, growing distant from her friends and career as a journalist. But when she hears talk of a murder in Dahlonega — the quiet north Georgia town where she grew up — Anna springs to life again, pounces on the case and searches for answers. Detective Jack Harper is strangely suspicious of her involvement, making her the target of his own investigation,” a synopsis reads.
Dee Johnson is the creator, executive producer, and writer of the show his hisWilliam Oldroyd will direct the first episode of the six-episode limited series. Actress Jessica Chastain will also serve as executive producer.
