A professional athlete stopped Diddy

According to the complaint, all those present at the party were profile persons. Diddy asked the plaintiff, who owned a luxury car and jewelry rental business, to meet him in his private office during the party. On reaching his office, the plaintiff realized that Mughal was drunk.

The lawsuit claims Diddy approached her and exposed her genitals. It was also alleged that he pressed the plaintiff’s private parts through his pants in a “lewd and lascivious manner”. He also claimed that “the situation escalated” until an unidentified professional athlete intervened and restrained Diddy.

The man was one of five plaintiffs who recently filed a lawsuit against the owner of Bad Boy Records in the Southern District of New York on Sunday. The lawsuits are the latest of several that have been filed against Diddy over the past 11 months, the first of which was filed by his ex-girlfriend in November.

Diddy’s prosecutor’s response to the lawsuits

Diddy’s legal team responded to the growing list of lawsuits filed against their client. “The press conference and the 1-800 number that preceded it,” he said in a statement to People. [Sunday’s] “The barrage of filings were clearly an effort to gain publicity,” the statement said. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, his legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process.” In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.

The disgraced mogul is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits his trial.
