Diljit Dosanjh kicked off the Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024 with a sold-out Delhi show at the JLN Stadium on Saturday night.
“Oh, what are you people of Delhi!!!” A packed Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium echoed as Diljit Dosanjh made a grand entry and enthralled the crowd with an energetic performance, kicking off his eagerly awaited Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024. Diljit’s gesture for Russian fan
During the concert, the Punjabi singer noticed a fan in the audience and asked where he was from. When the woman replied that she was from Russia, Diljit jokingly assured her that she was safe. “These are all your brothers,” he told her, pointing to the crowd. The singer then called her on stage and gave her a suitcase as a gift.
Dil-luminati tour delhi schedule
The first of the two concerts taking place in the national capital on Saturday and Sunday, the singer enthralled thousands of fans with his chart-topping tracks like Lover, 5 Tara, Do You Know, Ikk Kudi and many more.
Dosanjh, dressed in black, wearing a black turban and sunglasses, waved the national flag at the beginning of the concert. After this he saluted in front of the flag and the crowd cheered loudly.
Addressing his fans, Diljit said, “Delhi, our entire house was sold. We got only this much permission, otherwise we would have made a stage in the middle and done this for three consecutive days. Thank you.” “Guys, I appreciate it,” he said.
The singer will perform again at the JLN Stadium on Sunday, October 27. The Dil-Luminati Tour will travel through nine other Indian cities till November. The tour is about to end in Mumbai but the date of that concert has not been announced yet.
