hand double to turn paper

According to a report published by Mirror, the 62-year-old Hollywood star, who is busy shooting for the next installment of his hugely successful Mission: Impossible franchise, got a hand double just for flicking a sheet of paper.

“Tom is known for performing his own stunts, like hanging off the side of a plane or skydiving. But he had a body double stand to turn the pages. This was to give a tired Tom a break – he has been working very hard to complete the film. But I’m not sure how much turning the page would have added to it,” said a source from the set.

A video of the same has surfaced in which a host is shown saying, “He does all his own stunts, right? But in this film he has hired a stunt double. He has hired a body double to turn the pages for him. I really like this new movie. That’s the one thing he won’t do”.

fans react

As the video hit social media, Tom’s fans flocked to find humor in the new update. He shared his views in the comments section.

One user wrote, “Imagine the stunt double watching the movie and when he comes to his scene he points his finger and says my hand is right there,” another noted, “This is incredible on a movie set.” They are not stunt doubles, they are picture doubles. Any scene in the film where the actor’s face is not visible usually includes insert shots like this video. “

“Paper cuts can ruin your day by taking away commissions for a while,” one comment read.

One user shared, “I’m so impressed that you kept a straight face while listing the dangerous things he’s done. I honestly thought you’d start laughing before you could tell it was a paper cut”, another joked, adding, “Opening the book was so boring for Tom”.
