It looks like Travis Kelce is ready to become a parent as he revealed the secret behind the scenes on Prime Video’s ‘Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?’ teased about becoming a parent while hosting. He jokes about becoming a parent to “be awesome” amid his romance with Taylor Swift. The two have been dating since July 2023 but did not reveal their relationship until months later.

Travis Kelce jokes about becoming a parent
In a clip from Tuesday’s episode of the reality show, the tight-end player reacted when celebrity guest Ryan Fitzpatrick claimed that fatherhood makes you “wiser.” Kelce asked, smiling, “Is this what happens when you have kids? You get smarter?” He added, “Man, that’s all I had to do to be talented?” As the audience cheered the NFL player’s comment, Fitzpatrick responded, “Just have a baby.”
This isn’t the first time Kelce has hinted about his baby fever. On her brother, Jason Kelce’s podcast, she previously spoke openly about her future children. In an April episode, he said, “I might name my first baby Conan,” a name inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 1982 film Conan the Barbarian, as Page Six reported. The following month he became embroiled in both engagement and pregnancy rumors with Swift.
In the episode, he also talked about lab-grown diamonds while talking about French NBA player Victor Wembanyama. “You can’t tell me this guy wasn’t made in a **king lab in France,” Kelce said, referring to the player’s height at over 7 feet tall. He added, “Lab-grown Diamonds, he’s a lab-grown f**king NBA player. Can’t wait until I make it.'” That’s when Jason intervened and begged her not to “give the conspiracy theorists something else to latch on to.”

Kels and Swift’s dating history
Rumors about Swift and Kelce dating first started spreading when they were seen together at a Kansas City Chiefs game on September 24, 2023. The singer was then seen in a game suit with his mother Donna Kelsey, sparking speculation. Romance. Taylor’s attendance at several Chiefs games thereafter further confirmed the relationship.
The two have been regularly attending each other’s events to support and encourage their partner whenever possible. Kelce also attended one of Swift’s Erasure Tour concerts.
