Mumbai: International Amy Award winner Veer Das, who is ready to bring his fifth cooperation with streaming veteran Netflix with his new especially Veer Das: Full Volume, said he had lost his voice two months before that show. He said that it has been re -written in silence and performed without rehearsals worldwide.
“Veer Das: Fool Volume” will premiere on 18 July.
While reflecting the journey behind his most individual special, Veer shared: “Netflix and I were about to shoot a special topic. There were other plans of the universe.”
“I have lost my voice two months before that show. It is a show written again in silence and performed without rehearsal around the world. The voice comes out in your head, the way your neck is crazy than one. A special question that asks important questions: When you come back, how much joy you share? What does it mean to really use our voice?” He said.
The launch marks the fifth Netflix Special of the wire, including understanding abroad and Veer Das: Landing.
Veer started his career with a gig in one of the major hotels in New Delhi with a demonstration called “Walking on Broken Das”.
He started his career on TV when he hosted two TV shows. The first was Root’s Sabohin Linein Mast Han Jahan where he was a pain uncle. Second, his own stand-up comedy late night show was a Rahin Veer.
Stand up stars and actors have appeared in a variety of comedic television programs. He was in addition to the artists of the Great Indian Comedy Show.
He was cast as a comic relief in the curse of the tomb of a hallmark mini-series King Tut filmed in India. He started making films for his first two Bollywood roles in early 2006. He played a small role in Vipul Shah’s 2007 film Namaste London.
On 25 April 2017, Veer’s Netflix Special Aberod was released, in this process became the first Indian comedian with comedy special on stage.
In June 2017, DAS was nominated to one of the Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch for 2017”. In December 2018, DAS released its second Netflix Comedy Special, titled.
In 2019, Das released his travel-cum-comedy show Justice Unknown, where he investigates how Indians see humor with other stand-up comedians and a couple of celebrities.
During the lockdown in 2020, he was in Veer Das: Outside Inn on Netflix.
In 2021, Das performed a monologue called “Two Indias” at the Kennedy Center in Washington. On 29 January 2023, Das Conan O’Brien needs a friend podcast. He hosted the 52nd International Amy Awards in 2024.
