New Delhi: Uttam Mohanty, a legendary actor and permanent star of the Odia film industry, has passed away at the age of 66, causing a deep zero in the world of Odia cinema.

The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi expressed his deep grief after the news of Mohan’s death, writing on Twitter: “I am very sad to know about the demise of the famous and popular actor of Odisha, Sikli Mohanty.
