there is a possibility Ghajini Sequel, filmmaker R. Murugados, says, who bursting on a Bollywood scene with Hindi conversion of the Tamil film, starring Aamir Khan.
Ghajini The director was a remake of the 2005 Tamil film, in which South star was the head of Suriya. The original film was a box-office hit and gained nationwide popularity after the success of the 2008 Hindi version.
Last month, Ghajini Producer Allu Arvind expressed his desire to create a second part with the Hindi cinema star.
“There is a possibility for this Ghajini 2. There is something in our mind and we will sit and discuss. If everything goes well, we can do it. I have an original idea, not the whole script. If it is made, it will also be made in both Tamil and Hindi, ”Murugados told PTI.
Ghajini The surroundings revolve around Sanjay, who is a businessman with Atrograd Mensia, who is demanding a revenge from those who killed their fiancée, Kalpana. Actor Asin played the role of Kalpana in both Tamil and Hindi versions of the film.
Also known for films like Murgados, Durbar, Thuppaki, KatthiAnd Spider, Sequel and Prequel breathed a new life in films.
“In Hollywood films, even if the character dies, they will re -make it. Also, there is always a pricing. GhajiniWe created a character, which is memory loss and a super-rich boy. Therefore, we can play with it. This is an interesting character, ”he said.
The filmmaker is waiting for the release of his next Hindi film AlexanderIn front by Salman Khan.
Murugados said that he had once come close to working with another Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, but things did not become physical.
He revealed that he had first narrated this idea MadarasiWith his upcoming film Amran Star Shivkartikeyan, Shahrukh.
“during Ghajini Time, I met Shahrukh and I told him an idea. This is the same idea, MadarasiAt that time I had only conveyed the idea. I have now written the entire script. I explained the character to him (Shahrukh). He liked it and he said, ‘This is very good, we can develop it’.
“I read him after a month, but he did not reply. So, I went back. I can’t follow it regularly. Perhaps in the future, if anything, we (Shah Rukh and I) will work together,” said Murgados.
The director said that he later adapted the story and approached Shivkarthikeyan for the lead role.
“I developed the script, and then I went to Shivrathaik. They did a lot of work AmranI have worked with him before Maan karateWhich I produced. He is a good actor and has been a great experience working with him, ”he said.
