This was not the first time Siddhant’s name was linked to Yuvraj’s biopic.
In an old interview from 2020, the cricketer himself had expressed his desire to see Siddhant Chaturvedi playing his role in his biopic.
When asked who he would like to see play him in his biopic, he jokingly replied that he would probably play himself, but that might sound disappointing.
Jokes aside, he said, “Look, it’s the director’s job to decide. If it’s going to be a Bollywood film, then Siddhant Chaturvedi is a good choice; I would love to see him in the film.”
Earlier this year, the official social media handle of T-Series Films had announced the Yuvraj Singh biopic in a post.
