Actor Yash has officially started making a film for the much -awaited epic ‘Ramayana’ while stepping into the role of Ravana. The project is set to redefine the scale of action in Indian cinema, along with Hollywood Stunt Legend Gai Noris, which is known for its work in ‘Furiosa: A Max Max Saga’, ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’, and ‘The Suicide Squad’, which includes the team in the high-employed action sequences.

Noris is currently in India, working closely with Yash to design pieces of complex stunt set specially sewn for the grandeur of this mythological retailing. The two-part saga is directed by Nitesh Tiwari, which is known for Dangal, the highest-grossing film of India till date.

About Ramayana
The Ramayana follows Prince Ram’s visit during his 14 -year exile, leading to a dramatic confrontation with the demon king Ravana, who kidnaps Ram’s wife, Sita. Adaptation promises a visible spectacle contained in Indian mythology, supported by powerful performance and world -class technical execution.

Yash’s production banner, Monster Mind Creations, has participated with the prime focus studio of Malhotra nominated for the project. Malhotra, the global CEO of the acclaimed VFX Studio DNEG, brings significant experiences on the table-Deng has worked on seven Academy Award winning films including ‘Dune: Part One’ and ‘Tetate’.
Prior to the set, the visual images of the back and forth show in the top form, physically preparing for the role of Ravana’s demand. He is committed to a broad 60–70-day shooting for Part 1, which is slapped for Diwali 2026 release. Part 2 is expected to hit theaters during Diwali 2027.
Yash, who arises for Pan-India stardom through ‘KGF Franchise’, whose second installment is one of the top five of the highest-grossing Indian films, now leads a dress actors including Ranbir Kapoor.
The Ramayana has seen several screen adaptations from Ramanand Sagar’s prestigious 1987 TV series to 1993 ‘Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Ram’ and recently, from the 2023 film ‘Edipurush’.
